Seattle to install more stoplight cameras 

There’s a part of me that’s thrilled by this, something of a “get those bastards” mentality. However, there’s also a part of me that’s rather creeped out by the Big Brother quality of this. I don’t know if this is good, bad, or (most likely) a combination.

Look at how often this imagery gets pushed into our faces, and how long that’s been going on. It shouldn’t surprise me, really, that I sometimes feel this way. Though my conscious values oppose this, the lingering thread of this programming has threads into the depths psyche.
